Vaultxd is a space for honest voices around music. These terms describe the rules that keep that experience safe, fair, and expressive for listeners, artists, and everyone in between. By using Vaultxd, you agree to them.

Accessing or using Vaultxd, downloading our app, or creating an account means you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines we publish inside the product.

If you disagree, you should stop using the service. Some features may require agreeing to supplemental terms.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use Vaultxd. By registering, you confirm you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized activity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

You own the content you create on Vaultxd. By posting reviews, ratings, vault data, messages, or media, you grant Vaultxd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, publish, and distribute that content solely to operate, improve, and promote the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share any content you upload. Do not post anything that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or publicity rights.

We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, is reported by the community, or conflicts with our policies.

Vaultxd and its licensors retain all rights, titles, and interests in the service, including trademarks, designs, code, and content we provide. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights in our intellectual property.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We try to provide notice for major changes, but can't guarantee uninterrupted access.

Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used without obligation or compensation.

Vaultxd is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy of music data, or that the platform will be error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vaultxd and its team will not be liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary, or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

If we are found liable despite the above, our total liability will not exceed the greater of $50 USD or the amounts you've paid to Vaultxd (if any) in the past 12 months.
